Zone2 Index reads your Apple Health data, with your permission, and computes Zone 2 fitness scores and written insights on your device. The scores and insights are informational. They are estimates based on the data your devices record and on general physiology, and they may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them.
Nothing in Zone2 Index is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not replace a physician, physiologist, or coach. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app. If you feel unwell while training, stop and seek appropriate care.
How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, your health data stays on your device, and your app-created data backs up to your own iCloud.
Use the app for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or the service that generates insights.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its scores and insights. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms; the updated date above will change and the new version will be posted at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
